	Special Classes Adult Bible Classes \| Special Classes \| Discipleship Series \| Small Groups Special Mid-Week & Other Classes “Discover Resurrection” ~ Saturdays, Sept. 25 & Oct. 3, 2010 ~ 9:00 am - 1:00 pm This special 2-session course examines the basic truths of the Christian faith & their meaning for our lives. Experienced Christians, newer Christians, or non-Christians inquiring about the faith will find this course beneficial. This is Discipleship Course I & also serves as the entry course for church membership, for those interested. The course is held periodically throughout the year. Those interested should contact Pastor Nelson (vhnelson@gmail.com) or Deacon Shirley Algozzine (Deacon@RLCCairo.org), or register for an upcoming course offering using the link below. “God’s Family Connection” Baptism Course ~ Tuesday, Sept. 28, 2010 ~ 6:30 - 8:00 pm This 1-session course is for those who desire to have their child baptized, or are considering the possibility. This course is offered periodically on Tuesday evenings from 6:30 - 8:00 pm, taught by Pastor Nelson and Deacon Shirley Algozzine. This 13-session financial management course with a Christian perspective is currently held Wednesdays or Thursdays, 7 - 9:00 pm - participants choose which evening works best. This GREAT video-format course, featuring Dave Ramsey, is beneficial for EVERYONE, no matter what stage of life. No one is asked to divulge personal information about their finances. There is a costs -- $100, well worth it for the materials & class; scholarship money is available for those in need. The course is open to the community, so encourage friends & neighbors. Course leader is Frank Algozzine, well known in the congregation & community for his financial expertise. Pre-Registration is important so materials can be ordered. A FREE PREVIEW (no strings attached) is offered the Sunday before the course starts from 9:15-10:15 in the conference room. Registration Fee is expected then, or before.
